The selected principal moment of the mass weighted gyration tensor S calculated for the atom group A.

where λ is the selected principal moment of the gyration tensor. The mass weighted gyration tensor S is defined as

$S_{mn}=\frac{\sum _{i=1}^N{m}_i(x_m^{(i)}-x_m^{(\mathbf{𝐀})})(x_n^{(i)}-x_n^{(\mathbf{𝐀})})}{\sum _{i=1}^N{m}_i}$

The eigenvalues of the tensor are ${\lambda }_x^2\le {\lambda }_y^2\le {\lambda }_z^2$:
